Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Certainly! We ship worldwide, except in cases where commercial embargoes apply. If your country is not listed in our system, kindly get in touch with us, and we’ll make the necessary shipping arrangements. Please note that we do not ship to Russia.

What are the shipping costs?

Billie amps enjoy free shipping within the continental US and Canada.  Please refer to the adjacent delivery table for details. The precise shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. Next-day delivery rates are available upon request.

Small parcel shipping in the continental USA: Free for orders over $200; $25 flat rate otherwise, via UPS Ground.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Shipping Time: For customers in Canada and the US, expect a shipping time of 1–3 business days, while European orders typically take 3–8 business days.

There’s no duty fees for U.S. addresses [state sales tax may apply].  Please note that for shipment outside Canada, you won’t be charged any Canadian taxes. Duties and taxes, if any, will be collected by your local government agencies.
