ATTENTION | FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO YOUR AMPLIFIER. SUCH DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

This firmware is for Billie MK3 Classic or Spartan only. Your serial number must begin with B3… If not:  Billie MK2 firmware is available here or Billie MK1 firmware is available here

Never interrupt the update process. Interrupting a firmware upload can permanently damage the CPU (“brick” your amp). Always wait until the upload is 100% complete before turning off or disconnecting anything.

Upgrading the Billie MK3 Firmware

To proceed, you’ll need:

– A Chromium-based browser.

– A Mac (macOS 10 or later — iOS is not supported) or a PC (Windows 10 or later).

– A USB to USB-C cable that supports data transfer; ensure it is not solely a charging cable.

NOTE | Make sure your amp is powered on. There’s no need to disconnect your speakers or other peripherals — simply connect your computer to the Billie via USB.

Instructions:

1.First, connect your amp to your computer with a USB-to-USB-C cable, then turn on the amp. If you’re updating a Billie Classic, select USB as the input (input #4).

2. Click the “Update to Latest Firmware” button below.

3. A popup may appear saying “heaven11audio.com wants to connect.” Select the device and click Connect. On Mac, you may also see a “Trust this device?” prompt—choose “Trust” to continue. If this is your first time updating the amplifier, you may need to repeat this step twice before the update starts.

4. Once connected, a progress bar will appear as the firmware is being copied.
Do not disconnect or power off your amp during this process.

5. When the update complete confirmation message appears, turn off the amp using the rear power switch and wait 30 seconds before powering it back on.

6. Once powered back on, your amp is now fully updated.

7. If you’re experiencing issues with your amp, you can revert to the previous firmware by clicking the “Previous Firmware (FW x.x)” button below.
Please also report the issue through our Customer Care page so we can assist you further.

NOTE | If you’ve just powered on your amp, wait until the volume knob stops rotating before starting the update. Never interrupt the update process — doing so may permanently disable your amp!
