Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Certainly! We ship worldwide, except in cases where commercial embargoes apply. If your country is not listed in our system, kindly get in touch with us, and we’ll make the necessary shipping arrangements. Please note that we do not ship to Russia.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders that include a Billie Amp ship free worldwide. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Small parcel shipping to USA: free on orders over $250; otherwise a flat rate of $30 via UPS or FedEx.

Next-day delivery rates are available upon request.

Billie Amp | Duties and Taxes

There’s no duty fees or tariffs for U.S. addresses.  Please note that shipments outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes. Any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, if applicable, are determined by your local customs or tax authorities.
